Request 60% Refund for Phone Verification of Throne and liberty Account

Throne and liberty Account updated news on January 8, 2024. The acccount must sign up for the device registration security service to use the game,  

The account can't re-verify original phone number.
According to the terms of the order, If locked within 5 days, we will half refund (If exceed 5 days, we don't responsible for it)

The news is so sudden that accouns we sold were unable to re-verify. We did cost money and time to register Throne and liberty account, so we list terms here.
