Request Replacement Or Refund for Phone Verification of Old Lost Ark Account

The news is so sudden that accouns we sold which is only verified i-Pin can't play Lost Ark OBT now. We did cost money and time to register Lost Ark account, so we list terms here.

• Replacement option: you should pay different price then we will send another new account (phone verified).  Unable to re-verify, If need to re-verify within 15 days, we will full refund replacement fee(will not refund old replaced order), If exceed 15 days, we don't responsible for replacement fee.

• Refund option: Custmer who ordered Lost Ark account since June 1st, 2018 will get 80% partial refund. The process time is in 7 business days.
