While I was also sceptical it first (with adding some1 to skype and all) it actually works. You place your order, search "optgame" in sykpe and add them. after 1-2 hours they will send you the login information to the chinese battlenet account. When you log into it ... you have to enter a code -> this code will be sent to a phonenumber belonging to optgame. after that you can login and purchase games. The team will help you and chat with you in skype during the whole progress. If you want/need an chinese battlenet account as some1 living in the west you should check it out.
