At first I was skeptical, but I wanted to give it a shot since I already bought a cn iTunes card. (I actually didn’t think that a Chinese ID was needed for the first time to redeem the code until I bought it.)There was a time difference wait but I got my account verified with no hassle and right away I could redeem the cn iTunes card I purchased beforehand. Their cs communication is also prompt and helpful! Kudos!

omg it’s actly legit. i had no choice but to give this service a go bc i alr bought the china apple store card online only to realise i couldnt top up. and they fulfilled the request within a few hours. do note u may have to liase with them for the verification code, so do keep a lookout for their email.

I know, I know, it really does sound shady but after seeing all the other reviews I took a leap of faith (helped by how cheap this is because, come on, how else are you going to activate your Apple ID?) and it worked without a hitch. Then you can purchase an Apple iTunes Gift Card and you're good to go.
