I've been playing on KR servers for 2 years now and have FINALLY found a way to get skins- you do obviously pay a bit more than what the VP is worth but totally worth it in my opinion in order to get around the KSSN verifications. You get a code and even if you dont speak Korean, they walk you through how to redeem it step-by-step through pictures. Only took a couple hours for them to contact me back
