Doe... Usually I would find these sites very risky... This one is different. Sometimes your account may take about 4+hr which made me worry but its worth it in the end

Bought the custom account but there was a problem. They gave me a random account instead, which can be played. Overall, just buy the random account. The Support has helpful and patient though so i'd recommend, just buy the random account one.

OBT was very helpful! Their instructions are ok, but there are a few loopholes. Using Google Chrome with the Google Translate extension really helped. Also, everytime you sign into nexon, you have to do it twice, verify the 2nd time. It threw me off, because I thought I had the wrong pw.
