I was afraid at first because I might get banned in KR but it has been almost a week now and it is still working. I thought it was a scam but after getting a reply I was thankful. I ordered a custom account so I have my own username. It was surprisingly delivered after 2 hours and the skype support was fast in verifying my email with my account. I would recommend that you buy custom since it's really cheap addition.

I bought an account and it was delivered the same day. I had some issues trying to login and get my password changed. I think if you go to the main KR lol page and login before clicking on the link you will get in the email that will work.
