It took about 20 minutes to get the email with the account information, and then when I had some trouble with changing the password I was able to send them a contact request on Skype and get my contact request accept AND an answer to my question all within 5 minutes! Excellent service, definitely recommended.

I had a lot of issues signing in. The OBT person on Skype Support was extremely helpful and informative. Showed me how to log in explained/translated a lot of website content for me. (I did have to learn how to use a VPN on my own for this).
